Pet Butler is proud to announce its newest franchise owners Jessica and James Friley of Belton, MO.
Jessica and James are currently proud owners of an existing dog boarding and daycare business, Man’s Best Friend. They acquired the business in March of 2017, just outside of Lee’s Summit, MO, one of the most desirable communities around the Kansas City area. Jessica previously worked as a veterinarian’s assistant and worked at a dog kennel prior to purchasing Man’s Best Friend. Having experience working with pets led to Jessica’s business to gain success. Then, the Director of Franchise Development for Pet Butler happened to stop by Man’s Best Friend. After they spoke, Jessica was interested in the amount of resources provided by the Pet Butler Business Consultant, the Call Center, and the entire Support Center staff.
Like any new business owner, Jessica had concerns about the monetary side of a startup. She was impressed by the transparency the support staff had when answering all her questions and concerns about funding. This helped lead Jessica to decide that Pet Butler was the best fit for her family and current business.
Jessica and James are excited that their Pet Butler is officially open for business. Jessica is especially looking forward to being her own boss, creating brand awareness, training her staff, participating in marketing, and helping local rescues and other businesses in their area. “We are so excited to join the Pet Butler family and we’re looking forward to growing this business,” said Jessica.
