After more than 30 combined years in corporate leadership, Todd Bingnear and business partner Kelley Simon made the leap into entrepreneurship by becoming Pet Butler franchise owners serving Northwest Philadelphia. Their backgrounds in leading teams and building operational systems in fast-paced, demanding environments give them a strong foundation as they provide professional pet waste removal and pet care services, including pet sitting, dog walking, and pet shuttle services. With a household full of two dogs and six cats, Todd and Kelley bring both professional expertise and genuine passion to every aspect of their business.
Seeking a more community-focused opportunity where they could continue to lead while making a personal impact, Todd was drawn to Pet Butler’s people-first culture and proven support system. Kelley’s more than 20 years of experience volunteering with animal rescues further reinforced their decision to build a service-driven business centered on care, trust, and connection. With the support of Pet Butler’s established systems, national call center, and marketing resources, Todd and Kelley are focused on building a strong operational foundation, forming partnerships within the local pet community, and delivering reliable, compassionate service to pet parents throughout Northwest Philadelphia.
