Ziv Tarsi brings more than three decades of experience in software product management to his role as the Pet Butler franchise owner serving Portland, Oregon. After a career centered on building customer-focused technology and improving user experiences, Ziv saw an opportunity to apply that same mindset to a service-driven local business. Together with business partner Kat Stupka, he leads the Pet Butler team providing reliable pet waste removal and pet care services to pet owners throughout the Portland community. Their combined expertise in technology, marketing, and operations positions them to strengthen and grow an established service territory with renewed energy and vision.
