Welcome New Pet Butler Business Owner Cesar Jimenez

Cesar Jimenez - Pet Butler Business Owner

Pet Butler, a business that serves pets and their people, announced that Cesar and Rachel Jimenez have been awarded two territories following a resale from an existing Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ multi-unit owner. The new management took over operations in May after initial training and will work alongside the previous owners (Bob and Janet Dailey will continue operating multiple territories) as neighbors.

For Cesar and Rachel, this was a great opportunity to venture into a growing, existing business, with customers and revenue in place. As technology has provided better efficiencies with marketing and routing efficiencies, the ability to focus on profit has shown that sometimes smaller territories are better for building enterprises. Their vision of business ownership was heavily rooted in their love of animals, as Cesar and Rachel are proud parents of three dogs and two cats, all from rescues.

Prior to investing in Pet Butler, Cesar had once owned a pet waste removal business that functioned as a good “secondary income stream” but struggled to ever grow beyond a single vehicle operation. Combining the time it took to grow the business and maintain an income in real estate was not worth the return on investment so he allowed the business to dissolve.

After learning about Pet Butler, the vision of owners working on a business, instead of in it, the resources available including marketing, technology, call center and back-office support, the potential for future expansion into additional services, and seeing first-hand the level of growth that was possible after meeting existing owners in the franchise system, they decided it was worth the investment. Pet Butler’s Mission: Serving Pets and Their People – While Enriching the Quality of Life in the Communities We Serve, combined with the social element of donating time and leveraging the business platform to bring local awareness to the needs of animal rescues, shelters, and of course pets in need of adoption, played into the values Cesar and Rachel were looking for as they re-entered the world of entrepreneurship.

Founded in 1988, Plainfield, Illinois-based Pet Butler has been providing professional pet waste clean-up, and removal services for over 30 years. Pet Butler is an attractive opportunity for entrepreneurs who want to align themselves with a business model with healthy profit margins, industry-leading business and marketing intelligence, recurring revenue and retirement, and succession planning.
