Michael Kidd is a U.S. Navy veteran and retired federal government manager who chose purpose over retirement by launching a family-run Pet Butler franchise in 2023. After 30 years of public service and earning a degree in Business Administration from Liberty University, Michael turned his lifelong love for animals into a business focused on delivering trusted pet care and waste removal services.
Together with his wife Michelle and their three children, Michael is building a legacy rooted in responsibility, compassion, and community. Pet Butler offers a full range of pet care services—including dog walking, pet sitting, and pet shuttling—designed to make life easier for busy pet parents. With a strong operational background and a passion for pets, Michael is proud to be part of a growing industry that’s improving the lives of both people and their pets.
