After a decade-long career at T-Mobile, Steven Chmielewski made a bold shift from corporate life to entrepreneurship, fueled by his passion for pets and desire to build something of his own. In 2023, he acquired the Pet Butler franchise serving the Greater Tacoma and Federal Way areas, determined to provide exceptional pet care and waste removal services to local pet parents.
Steven’s background in customer service and business analysis has proven instrumental in his rapid success. He tripled the customer base and increased revenue by 200 percent in his first year. With a hands-on leadership style, Steven still runs routes, meets with local groomers and vets, and ensures each customer feels supported during their journey with Pet Butler. He and his wife, both lifelong dog lovers, are proud to bring trusted and reliable pet services to the community they call home.
Backed by Pet Butler’s national support system, marketing resources, and operational tools, Steven is building a business that not only brings financial freedom but also connects him more deeply to his community, one wagging tail at a time.
